Edited review and rating after product update. Some of the bugs I noticed before with lighting behaviour are now gone. Some remain, such as the taxi light on the FBW A32NX still not being in sync between the streamdeck and the sim (you have to throw the switch in the sim itself to see the light actually turn off in reality). I do like the product and it has a premium feel to it. The developer is responsive to comments and I feel it will continue to be updated. I look forward to seeing MCDU/FMC integration, as I feel that will bring a real benefit as a huge touch point that is currently handled via a mouse

Hi There 👋 Have you been in contact with our support team? I can't find any correspondence, so I've replied to each of your points to be on the safe side! First and most worrying, immediately after installing all the software required for this to run, I've got microstutters back in MSFS (frame rate >50 but microstutters). So I either don't get to use this streamdeck profile that I paid for and have a smooth sim, or I am forced to use software that is very likely causing it. I already had FSUIPC before this, so that isn't the issue. Must be the other things I had to download for the panels to work. https://flightpanels.io/pages/installation Micro Stuttering can be introduced by FSUIPC in Sim Update 12. To resolve this issue, our installer will automatically add NumberOfPumps=0 within the [General] section of your FSUIPC7.ini file automatically if required. It's definitely worth checking that this value exists within your FSUIPC7 file! More information on this issue can be found on the FSUIPC & Microsoft Flight Simulator support forums. https://forum.simflight.com/topic/97428-microstutter-with-msfs-su12-beta/ https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/su12-fsuipc-stuttering-fix-is-on-the-way/582654 Next, although the panels are visually nice in places, there are some omissions. Why nothing for the MCDU/FMC? It would be so obvious to give you a keyboard, line select keys, CLR, DELETE keys etc, to make entering data into the MCDU easy. This is done for the transponder, so why not MCDU/FMC which has far more touch than transponder This is definitely a great idea and something that we'll review (we've included it in our latest ATR 42/72-600 release for example). We spend an exceptional amount of time pro-actively adding new features and functionality to our existing products so keep an eye on our release notes for new additions - https://flightpanels.io/pages/release-notes Then there are some non-functioning mapped keys. Like landing lights on the FBW A32NX. The button seems to work (changes on the streamdeck) but in the aircraft, it only moves the landing lights one notch to extended, but not further to "on". So I still have to do it myself. For three way switches, such as the Landing Lights (On, Off & Retract) pressing the button once will switch between On/Off. To operate it as a three way switch, hold the button for longer than normal ("Long Press"). I hope this helps! If we can help with anything further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via our Website, Live Chat, Email or Discord. If we've been able to resolve any of your issues and/or clarified some of the points raised, we would greatly appreciate it if you could revise your rating 😊

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes I already had the Numberofpumps=0 in my ini file, so that's not the issue. I will keep monitoring it, but it's flyable.Just a bit frustrating that something is causing little stutters. I can't prove it's any of the related plugins/software needed for flight panels, but all I can say is that it happened immediately after installation. Glad my suggestion of FMC/MCDU integration could be something for the future. I would definitely welcome that! I mixed something up with my other comment. It was the FENIX A320 where I couldn't get the landing light working and for the FBW A32NX, the long throw worked but there was a sync issue between the actual plane and your flight panel. So for example, I could turn the taxi light off on my streamdeck, but on the plane itself, the light was still visible and only turns off if I recycle the taxi light switch in the plane itself (defeats the object of the streamdeck panel). Sorry for getting them mixed up in my review but they were genuine problems. Though I see you've just released an update, so I'm going to install that and then revisit my review again for you I appreciate your responsiveness and that you genuinely seem to care about the experience people have and I will definitely review my rating once I get the update and look forward to more updates :)
