I really enjoy all the extra immersion that FSRealistic+ provides, especially the Head Anticipation. As for ChasePlane, I LOVE all the custom views I can create inside the cockpit. I don't use the external views that ChasePlane provides because I love to pan around the aircraft using my flight stick hat switch. These programs are GREAT!

The immersion level is great,everything feels way more alive then before,combo with chase plane is working out very good,i understand it costs money,but changes quite a big chunk of what msfs is,so well worth it.

This is a tough one because there are pros and cons. The biggest con is the requirement to have ChasePlane. I really don't care about zooming views or buzzing towers or whatever, since I wouldn't have those options if I were actually in the cockpit or walking in the cabin - but some do, so good for them. ChasePlane does give me more control over the views that I want, so I do like that. I see the integration of the two and that's fine, so maybe I'll find use for it as I go along. The pros are the additional configuration options for FSRealistic, which like ChasePlane, gives me more control. To be honest, IMHO one of the biggest pros is that when I press the "F" key now it doesn't zoom in/out the cockpit. Overall I'd say it was worth the purchase of both (with the discount on FSRealistic).

It's a great tool in principle, but it has one drawback: if you want to use a PC at home and a laptop when you're on the go, you unfortunately have to buy two licenses (which I find incomprehensible). This is unnecessary, since you can only use MSFS2024 on one device at a time, not simultaneously on two. I simply forgo using it on my laptop when I'm traveling; it's a shame, but I'm not going to spend money twice if I can only use it on one device anyway (due to MSFS2024).

Owned and operated by rkApps

1. INTRODUCTION
---------------------------------------
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA") is a legal contract
between you (the "User") and rkApps ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding
the use of FSRealistic+ ("Software").

By installing, activating, or using FSRealistic+, you agree to all terms in
this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.

2. LICENSE GRANT
---------------------------------------
2.1 Personal License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
install and use FSRealistic+ on one (1) PC per license.

2.2 Commercial Use
A purchased license may be used in commercial settings, including but not
limited to:
• YouTube content
• Flight schools
• VR arcades
• Simulation centers
• Professional training
• Paid entertainment setups

However, redistribution, resale, sharing, or sublicensing of the Software
or license keys is strictly prohibited.

3. TRIAL VERSION
---------------------------------------
A 7-day free trial is available with all features fully enabled. After the
trial expires, users must enter a valid serial key to continue.

Because a trial is available, no refunds are offered after purchase.

4. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED USE
---------------------------------------
The User agrees not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing system
- Modify, patch, or alter the Software or its files
- Distribute, rent, sell, share, or sublicense the Software or license keys
- Use any method to crack, simulate, spoof, or bypass authentication
- Upload copyrighted, profane, harmful, or illegal content
- Interfere with rkApps servers, cloud systems, or infrastructure
- Misuse the software for any unlawful activity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination and
potential court actions.

5. CLOUD SERVICES
---------------------------------------
FSRealistic+ uses secure cloud services for:
- Profile backup
- Public and private sound cloud hosting

5.1 Data Handling
Uploaded profiles and sounds may be stored on rkApps cloud servers. This
data is used only for in-house administrative purposes, such as:
• Backup operations
• Technical support
• Internal admin panel usage
• Service operation

rkApps will not use this data outside the scope of FSRealistic+.

5.2 User-Uploaded Sounds
By uploading a sound:
• You retain full ownership of your sound
• You grant rkApps permission to host and distribute the sound only
within the Software
• If you upload a public sound, you are solely responsible for ensuring
it:
- Does not violate copyright
- Contains no profanity
- Complies with applicable laws

rkApps is not responsible or liable for user-uploaded content.

6. SUPPORTED PLATFORMS

FSRealistic+ supports:
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

The Software requires ChasePlane by Parallel 42 to operate.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
---------------------------------------
The Software is provided "AS IS", with no guarantees of:
- Performance
- Reliability
- Compatibility
- Error-free operation

While we aim to provide a stable, optimized experience, rkApps is not
responsible for:
- Simulator crashes
- System performance issues
- Conflicts with other addons
- Hardware failures

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
---------------------------------------
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- rkApps assumes no liability for any damages arising from use or inability
to use the Software
- rkApps is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or
special damages
- The User accepts full responsibility for all risks associated with using
the Software

This applies even if rkApps has been advised of the possibility of damages.

9. TERMINATION
---------------------------------------
rkApps reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license without refund
if:
- You violate any term of this EULA
- Piracy or cracking attempts are detected
- Harmful or malicious activity is identified
- Cloud policies are abused
- Any action is taken that may harm rkApps, its users, or its services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination and
potential court actions.

10. REFUND POLICY
---------------------------------------
Because a full 7-day trial is provided, no refunds are issued after activation
or purchase.

11. DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
---------------------------------------
FSRealistic+ is officially distributed only through:
- rkApps
- Simmarket
- JustFlight
- Aerosoft
- INIBuild
- Threshold
- FlightSim.to
- Flightsim.com
- Parallel42

Purchases outside these channels may be invalid or illegal.

12. LICENSE TRANSFER

License transfer is not allowed, except in special cases approved by rkApps
support.

13. LOGS & DIAGNOSTICS
---------------------------------------
FSRealistic+ may collect diagnostic logs only when the user requests technical
support. Logs are used exclusively for:
- Debugging
- Crash investigation
- Technical troubleshooting

No analytics or tracking occur outside direct support requests.

14. UPDATES
---------------------------------------
By using FSRealistic+, you agree that:
- Updates may modify or change features
- Features may be added, removed, or replaced
- rkApps has full discretion over update content and timing

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
---------------------------------------
This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Israel.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding must be brought exclusively before
the competent courts of Israel.

Users agree to irrevocably submit to this exclusive jurisdiction.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
---------------------------------------
This EULA constitutes the complete agreement between the User and rkApps,
superseding any previous agreements or representations.
