HOUSES 2024 brings a new level of immersion to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, featuring a collection of fully furnished and accessible residential properties, including skyscrapers with rooftop access and fully decorated apartments. This add-on allows players to meticulously explore these homes both externally and internally, elevating the simulation experience to new heights of realism. Notably, compatibility with MSFS 2024's VR mode, which includes a walk-through mode, allows for a truly immersive experience of moving around within these virtual properties.

The add-on currently includes:

Luxury Villas and Exclusive Properties:

- A villa located on Raccoon Island, Miami, complete with a private airstrip (ICAO: VLL1) measuring 1969 ft (approximately 600 meters) and a private hangar. This villa serves as an exclusive retreat for virtual aviation enthusiasts, offering the convenience of taking off and landing directly from their residence.
- A villa in St. Barthélemy, offering breathtaking Caribbean views. This property is ideal for those who wish to relax and enjoy the scenery in a luxurious setting.
- A new villa near HUMW Mweya Airport (Uganda), providing a unique experience immersed in the African wilderness.
- Another new villa near BITM Thorsmork Airport (Iceland), allowing players to admire the spectacular Icelandic volcanic and glacial landscapes.
- A villa at HVLLT Palau Rebak Besar (Thailand), for those desiring a slice of tropical paradise.
- An exclusive house on Mitchell Mesa in Monument Valley, USA. While it doesn't have an associated ICAO, it can be easily found by searching for the Point of Interest (POI) "Mitchell Mesa" in the simulator's search bar, offering iconic views of the famous monoliths.

Skyscrapers with Helipads and Accessible Interiors:

- Miami Skyscraper: Located in front of the Kaseya Center. Helipad ICAO: HSKY1. This skyscraper offers apartments with spectacular views of the Miami skyline.
- Hong Kong Skyscraper: Positioned in front of the old Kai Tak Airport. Helipad ICAO: HSKY2. The location of this skyscraper allows for admiring Hong Kong's urban landscape from a unique perspective.
 -Rio Skyscraper: Located near Santos Dumont Airport. Helipad ICAO: HSKY3. This skyscraper offers panoramic views of the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro.
Each skyscraper features an elevator to access both the rooftop helipad and the internal apartments, allowing for a smooth and detailed exploration of every environment.

Enhanced Environments in Miami, Hong Kong, and Rio de Janeiro:
Port of Miami: Added container cranes, moving cargo ships, and cruise ships entering and leaving the port, making the port area much more dynamic and realistic. At night, the colorful lighting of the cruise ships adds a lively touch.
Dynamic ship traffic around St. Barthélemy, Hong Kong, and Rio for a more lively and believable seascape.
More houses will be added over time, based on community feedback collected via the official Facebook page. This ensures that the add-on will continue to evolve and offer new experiences.

For Advanced Users:
If you're familiar with the MSFS SDK, you can place the houses and skyscrapers wherever you like — however, make sure you understand terraforming polygons and material polygons. Terraforming polygons allow you to modify terrain elevation, while material polygons define the appearance of surfaces. The correct use of these advanced features enables full scenario customization.

Compatibility and Recommendations:
The add-on is also compatible with MSFS 2020, but without the ability to enter the houses due to limitations of the previous simulator version.

Please note: This add-on is not recommended for Xbox Series S due to potential performance limitations.

Due to an incompatibility with "Samscene3d-sightseeing-usa-modern-city-1", we recommend modifying the name of our add-on to: "xyz-projectcoastline-houses-2024" to avoid conflicts and ensure optimal operation.
