END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
FSX3D – Digital Products (Flight Simulation Add-ons)

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THIS DIGITAL PRODUCT.

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the end user, either an individual or an entity) and FSX3D, the creator and copyright holder of the digital content.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Product.

 
1. DEFINITION OF THE PRODUCT
The “Product” refers to any digital content created by FSX3D, including but not limited to: scenery, textures, 3D models, sounds, documentation, and any files related to a flight simulator (MSFS, P3D, FSX, X-Plane, etc.).

 
2. LICENSE GRANT
FSX3D grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product under the following conditions:

The Product is intended for personal use only on a limited number of computers owned by you.
The Product may not be sold, rented, or redistributed in any form without prior written permission from FSX3D.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source files or assets, except as permitted by applicable law.
 
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Product and all associated files, images, text, and content are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. The Product remains the exclusive property of FSX3D. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

 
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

Share, redistribute, or make the Product available to third parties, whether for free or commercially.
Use the Product in commercial settings, including professional or paid training environments, without explicit written permission.
Convert, adapt, or reuse the Product in other simulators or game engines without authorization from FSX3D.
 
5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
FSX3D may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or patches. These updates are also covered under this EULA. Support is provided via FSX3D's official communication channels and is not guaranteed.

 
6. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately delete all copies of the Product from your system.

 
7. NO WARRANTY
The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. FSX3D does not warrant that the Product will function uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations.

 
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall FSX3D be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to data loss, system failures, or loss of business.

 
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
