Welcome to Project Coastline Italy v3.0.8 (work in progress).

Explore over 400km/250mi of enhanced Italian coastline, for hours of VFR fun. Rocks, cliffs, boats, yachts, docks, harbors, marinas, palms, working lighthouses, moving harbor crane lifts, parasols, night lights, animals, and more have been added to improve the overall quality of the coast, which by default is flat and dull. Landmarks have been added to the world map so you can easily plan your trip.

The add-on includes so far:

The whole Tuscany region improved with rocks, marinas, harbors, boats, etc.
The commercial harbors of Genova, La Spezia, and Savona-Vado (Liguria).

Hello pilots! Today's update will enhance Ponza Island, off the Lazio coast.
As usual, the area has been populated with boats, docks, and most of the island's Faraglioni have been modeled as well.
The rest of the island will be finished once I come back from my 2 weeks trip and released with the next update

Hello guys. An error was reported to me regarding the rocks of Cagliari, they were huge, so I decided to remove them momentarily and release a hotfix. It also fixes the version of the add-on that I forgot to change last time.

Update 3.0.1. enhanced the whole la Maddalena area with boats and rocks, in the north of the Sardinia region (the only area that has water masks).

Hello guys! Great news!! I finally figured out how to merge my multiple folders into one. So from now on, the whole add-on is now one single folder, excluding Grosseto.

Update - 2.0.9 on May 20, 2022

- all areas that had been improved with the addition of rocks have been retouched. Some areas, reviewing them, did not convince me and have been completely removed
- to stay on the subject of the previous point, the rocks that had been placed on Monte Tavolara and Capo Gallo have been removed. However, the vegetation biome has been changed from trees to bushes, making them closer to reality
- the coast of the Trabocchi has been improved by adding the model used by Asobo, Le Morge, where the rest of the trabocchi are in reality. The coast was enriched with rocks and rocks while the sea was populated with boats and ships. Two new landmarks have been added to limit the area in the global map
- in Turin the beaches of the Po river are now visible, and crowds of people have been added both in Piazza Madama and in Piazza della Repubblica
- in Ancona the vegetation in the port area has been removed
- in Genoa the Biosphere of the aquarium is now visible
- the vegetation of Hunting Cape Lighthouse (a new POI Asobo) has been changed from trees to bushes and boats have been added to the area

- around Isola Bella (a new POI) other boats have been added
- the boats added by Asobo in Venice have been removed, so as to have only the gondolas. At the Lido of Venice the waves breakers are now visible.
- Pompeii has been cleared of vegetation, like the rest of the new coast of Naples
- the Po delta was improved by re-emerging the beaches that were covered by water
- many self-generated buildings on Italian beaches have been removed
- vegetation has been improved in various areas along the coast (work in progress)
- minor fixes here and there.

The amount of scenery that has been added to the Italian Coastline is awesome. This is a very immersive scenery ad-on. What's also great is the developers keep adding more scenery updates at no extra cost! I can't thank the developers enough for this great scenery add on for MSFS24. This is one of my top 5 scenery add-ons!

One of my favourite Addons! Great! An idea for another project? Amazonas River, Kongo River, Rio Negro, and many more of the big rivers on earth need an upgrade - waterfixes, coastlines, harbours and shipping (MSFS2020, with MSFS2024 i have no exp.) I would appreciate and pay for addons to give us a better experience in VFR-Flights! Best regards!

Worth getting just for what it did for Genoa, many thanks to Thalixte for his awesome PG. Just so you know, the download will tell you to get the required freeware (1 addon to download). PS, nightlighting is really nice. It covers so much Italion coastline. Been wanting it for ever but finally got around to it. Really good bang for the buck if you enjoy sightseeing !

What a shame I didn't know about this outstanding add-on when I did my Italian tour just a week or so ago. I like all the boats cranes etc but particularly love the rock work. What a difference it makes! Purchased it anyway and will have to do a coastal tour soon.

Fantastico. this is by far the best scenery add on pack ive seen so far in msfs.. the ports and coastal rocks are spot on, many of the large ferries/boats can be landed on ( not all, so be wary) the lighthouses are awesome..there's no hit on fps whatsoever and it runs beautifully in vr on a i7 10,700 and 3070 with 32gb ram.. thank you.

1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Project Coastline, an Italian-based company, governing your use of our software add-ons ("Software") for Microsoft Flight Simulator ("MSFS").

2. LICENSE GRANT
Project Coastline grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software under the following conditions:

Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution of the Software is strictly prohibited.
3. RESTRICTIONS

5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Project Coastline may provide updates and patches at its discretion.
Support is available through our official channels, but we do not guarantee continued maintenance or compatibility with future MSFS updates.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Project Coastline does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Software.
7. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Coastline shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
Any data loss, computer failure, or incompatibilities with other software or hardware.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Project Coastline may terminate the license if the User violates any terms. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Software.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest remains in full effect.
